Crispy Sweet Potato Fries

These crispy sweet potato fries are healthy and addictive! Made with minimal ingredients, these fries are salty but sweet, crispy, and spicy. Just slice, toss, stir, spread, and bake until crispy.


  • 1 medium sweet potato 
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp ground paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Pre heat the oven to 400 F with a rack in the middle of the oven, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the sweet potato into fries (about 1/4″ – 1/2″ thick). Make sure to cut them into similar sizes so the fries will be evenly baked.
  3. In a medium bowl, toss the uncooked sweet potato fries. Add the olive oil, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss and stir until all the pieces are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the sweet potato fries over the lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 -30 minutes, or until brown and crispy.
  6. Top with sea salt, serve hot, and enjoy!
